§ Researchers
Run a project on SciOS Compute.
What would you do with 6,000 ExaFLOPS? Tell us about your computational dreams. We'll do the rest.
Want to know a secret? You don't need to work in a lab to run a computational project. Find a dataset, dream up a computationally heavy idea, let's see if it can be done.
§ 01 — Is this a fit?
Volunteer compute suits a specific shape of work. The strongest candidates are:
- Embarrassingly parallel. Each unit of work is independent. Think one paper, one molecule, one simulation seed.
- Idempotent. Running the same work unit twice produces the same result — that's how cross-volunteer agreement validates outputs.
- No network access required at runtime. Your code runs on volunteer machines under sandbox. Input data and the binary itself are the only things that travel.
That said, we love to be creative. We're open to pushing against what's possible if you are.
§ 02 — The Process
- Complete the form below.
- We'll be in touch.
- If your needs fit, we'll build the entire project for you and set you up with a dashboard.
